The swift expansion of art to new territories, which were never considered to be suitable for it in progress, the principles of the functioning of the world art system are changing with ever-increasing speed; the appearance of new technologies and representation strategies is dramatically altering the sense of the world art. It will, without any doubt, have consequences of the utmost importance in the foreseeable future. It strikes me that the communicative nature of the changes in modern art is their main principles. We would call a "communication revolution". At the end, the information theory is nonsense, if it is not considered as a part of the communication theory; the information explosion which is the basis of all these changes to be a symptom of the coming communication explosion. From this point of view the current art situation is rather significant: the creation of works of art, i.e. certain objects which exist in space is displaced by an understanding of life (communications) as art, time. The avalanche-like distribution of electronic art , network performances, computer technologies, Internet actions during this time shows not so much changes in art techniques, but a radical change in the understanding as a concept.
